Tower Technician
Statewide, mostly Blaine County
Climb, inspect and repair Whizz sites. Most repairs follow damage from weather, gunfire or vandalism. Technicians who find signs of sabotage report them to the FIB before starting work.
- Comfortable at height
- Valid driver’s license
- Willing to work in areas saOS lists as dead zones

Operations Center Analyst
saOS Operations Center, Downtown Los Santos
Watch the city on the saOS wall, handle partner agency requests and escalate unusual activity. Analysts work rotating 12-hour shifts.
- Two years in dispatch, security or intelligence
- Able to pass a partner agency background check
- Discretion

Partner Liaison
Pillbox Hill, near the FIB Building
Be the day-to-day contact for one of our federal partners. Liaisons sit with the partner, not with Whizz.

- Does not appear on the org chart

Retail Sales Associate
Whizz stores across Los Santos
Help customers choose a plan and set up their phone. Activations count toward your monthly bonus. saOS Home bundles count double.

- Does not need to explain saOS

Customer Care Agent
Whizz Care Center, La Mesa
Answer 611 calls from customers about bills, suspended lines and coverage. Care agents can see a customer’s recent locations to confirm identity.
