saOS Patrol

saOS Patrol ranks every block in Los Santos by expected incidents, so officers start each shift where they are needed.

Patrol combines past calls for service, plate reads, handset density and time of day to score every block for the next shift. Officers receive a ranked list at roll call.

Blocks with more past calls receive more patrols. More patrols produce more reports, which keeps the forecast accurate.

Patrol also scores individual handsets that spend time in high-scoring blocks. Scores are recalculated nightly and shared with partner agencies.
