saOS 2026.10 is live on all 69 Whizz sites

See all of San Andreas.
As it happens.

saOS puts every phone, plate camera, traffic signal, 911 call and doorbell in the state on one screen, for the agencies that keep it safe.

Used every day by

  • Federal Investigation Bureau
  • NOOSE
  • Blaine County Sheriff’s Office
  • COCK Safety
  • Agencies we cannot name

Nothing to install.
You are already part of it.

Every Whizz phone checks in with the nearest site every few seconds so calls can find it. saOS keeps those check-ins and uses them to count crowds, time lights and place callers.

No app, no account, no setting. To stop taking part, turn off your phone. saOS keeps your last known position.

A weekday on saOS

What the city does while you are busy.

  1. saOS Patrol publishes the ranked list of blocks for the morning shift.

  2. saOS Flow counts 3,000 phones waiting on the Del Perro Freeway and gives the on-ramps longer greens.

  3. A package goes missing in Vespucci. Four doorbells on the street share their video before the owner gets home.

  4. A COCK Safety camera in Sandy Shores reads a stolen plate. saOS pairs it with the phone in the car and sends both to the nearest BCSO unit.

  5. A crowd of 60 phones gathers outside City Hall. Partner agencies are notified automatically.

  6. A caller dials 911 and hangs up. saOS Respond has already sent their position to dispatch.

  7. saOS recalculates every Patrol score in the state. Yours included.
