COCK Safety cameras on highways and at intersections read the plate of every vehicle that passes, along with its speed. Each read reaches saOS within two seconds.
Reads are checked against warrants, BOLOs and stolen vehicle lists. A hit reaches every unit in the area. Reads with no hit are kept as well, so investigators can see where a vehicle has been.
saOS then pairs the read with the Whizz handsets moving at the same speed past the same site. Most of the time, that is the driver.
