When a Whizz phone dials 911, saOS Respond sends its position to dispatch at once and keeps updating it until the call ends. Callers no longer need to know where they are.
Callers who hang up are still located. Their position stays on the call record.
Respond also gives dispatch the caller’s name, account status and recent call history, so the call taker knows who they are talking to.
