Federal partner since 2025 · saOS Direct
Federal Investigation Bureau
FIB analysts in Los Santos use saOS Direct, a dedicated console with full access to saOS Signal history and Patrol scores.
The FIB was the first agency to sign a saOS Direct agreement. Bureau analysts in the FIB Building in Pillbox Hill have their own saOS console and do not need to submit requests to Whizz.
Because FIB lookups are made directly in saOS, they are not requests and do not appear in our transparency report.
Whizz has given the Bureau a clearer view of San Andreas than we have ever had. We intend to use it responsibly, and we will be the ones to decide what that means.

Federal partner since 2026 · saOS Tactical
NOOSE
The National Office of Security Enforcement uses saOS Tactical during critical incidents, including signal holds, camera access and service control inside a perimeter.
saOS Tactical gives NOOSE commanders control of the city inside a declared perimeter. Traffic signals on exit routes can be held, every saOS Home camera inside the perimeter is shared, and Whizz service can be limited to prevent coordination.
When service is limited, phones inside the perimeter show No Service. 911 calls still connect, and are routed to the NOOSE command post.
In a critical incident the first thing a suspect does is pick up a phone. Now the first thing we do is make sure it doesn’t matter.

County partner since 2025 · saOS Community
Blaine County Sheriff’s Office
BCSO deputies cover Sandy Shores, Grapeseed, Harmony and Paleto Bay with saOS Respond, saOS Plate and a dedicated rural coverage layer.
Blaine County is large and most of it is empty. Before saOS, a deputy answering a 911 call from the desert often had a road name and a guess. Now every call from a Whizz phone arrives with a position, and the BCSO dispatch map shows which sites can hear the caller.
COCK Safety cameras in Paleto Bay, Sandy Shores and Harmony send plate reads straight to BCSO units. Because most roads in the county pass at least one camera, deputies can usually say which way a vehicle went without leaving the station.
BCSO is also the first agency to receive dead zone alerts. When a phone stops checking in somewhere remote, the last known position is sent to the nearest deputy.
Out here a phone signal is the only witness we usually get. saOS made it a reliable one.

Technology partner since 2025 · Data partner
COCK Safety
COCK Safety operates the plate reading cameras behind saOS Plate. Every read is shared with saOS within two seconds.
COCK Safety cameras read every plate that passes, not only plates on a list. Whizz and COCK Safety share reads in both directions, so a COCK Safety alert can include the phone that was in the car.
COCK Safety also operates cruiser scanners, mounted on partner agency vehicles, which read plates while the vehicle is driving or parked.
Our cameras see the car. Whizz sees who is in it. Together we see everything a neighborhood needs to feel safe.
