saOS Respond now sends a caller’s position to dispatch on every 911 call placed from a Whizz phone, including calls from suspended lines.
The position appears on the dispatcher’s map before the call is answered and keeps updating until the call ends. Callers who hang up are still located.
Respond also shares the caller’s name, account status and recent call history with dispatch.
