Whizz has published its transparency report for 1 January to 30 June 2026. We received 9,066 requests for customer data and fulfilled every one.
Lookups made directly in saOS by the FIB and NOOSE are not requests and are not included. Requests from agencies operating under agreement are not reported.
Whizz did not challenge any request in this period. Mei Lin Harrow, Chief Trust Officer, said this reflected the quality of the requests Whizz receives.
